Our approach

Traditional attitudes towards safety don’t apply at ARMSA. Our research shows that some of the most critical safety decisions are made at the front end of project development. This next-generation programme explains how these decisions impact your asset performance and occupational safety. The diagram below shows the proactive and reactive elements of management decision-making covered in the course.

Front-end decision-making components of the program include:

  • Organisational culture
  • Commercial/contract frameworks
  • Organisational precursors
  • Work Planning decisions
